She has heavy liquid eye liner on in there and her whole face is toned down. A light light pink or even white shadow around your lids will help. A creamy pink blush and foundation too. Clear gloss,

urban decay has relaly cool liquid liner, that will make taylor swift like eyes, also use a whitish shadow on the lids ( nars has a wonderful shade) then mascara a dewy pink blush and clear or pink gloss
