What will happen to our eyes when we look at the sun with a convex lens?

It would be very painful.

I once did a booboo with my physics class. I was trying to show them neat things we could do with a big concave mirror, so we took it outside and used it to focus sunlight and set things on fire. It was lots of fun.

But once when I was fiddling with it I accidentally moved it so the reflection swept past several students' faces. It wasn't on any of them for more than the briefest instant, but they all backed up as if they'd been punched in the face.

I learned to be more careful. You had better be careful, too. What will happen to our eyes when we look at the sun with a convex lens?
Assuming that you are not trying to be ';clever'; by talking about the lens that is in your eyes already, and are talking about an external hand-held convex lens, then:

If you are dumb enough to let the image of the sun get focused on your eye, it would cook your retina, probably cause blindness....might even focus enough heat to cause the eyeball to explode. I can easily use a convex lens on a sunny day to start a fire. Imagine what that intensity will do to your eye. What will happen to our eyes when we look at the sun with a convex lens?
Retina damage
i pretty sure your retina will burn, and in that will destort your eyesight.
