How can i put on eye liner straight but still make it thin and look good?

Any eyeshadow will do. You need a special brush, a flat eyeliner brush (Smashbox has a good one) Lightly wet the brush and gently swipe the eyeshadow with the brush and ';tap'; and work out to outside close to lash line. It takes practice but looks fantastic. Also, others suggested a liquid, some brands are like a magic marker. Sephora has some great options, but for practice, go to a drugstore (it's less expensive).How can i put on eye liner straight but still make it thin and look good?

use a non sharpening eyeliner like maybelline line stylist liner. u can make huge thick lines or super thin lines with the edges.
sometimes when i get a thick line thats not straight, i take a qtip and wipe off the eyeliner that i dont want. when i do this my eyeliner always comes out in a perfect straight line

ONE SMOOTH GLIDING MOTION WITH THIN BRUSH
Get an angle brush and but it on with that. Also if you don't want to get that then pull the corner of the outside of your eye toward your temple to stretch the eye lid out. It makes it easier to draw a straight line.
use liquid eyeliner. close your eye and get as close as you can to your lash line and carefully put the eyeliner on. if you do make any mistakes you could use a q-tip clean it up to form the strait line.
Put it on the inner-rim of your eye, if you can.


Some people can't.





But no matter what, putting on eyeliner takes some getting used to and practice.

Try liquid liner with a precision tip and draw short lines until you get across the entire eye.
Try using liquid eyeliner but i warn you it takes practice!


If you use a pencil dont try to do it in one sweeping motion...pencil eyeliner is applied using small feather like strokes.
