Don't feel so responsible for her every emotion or reaction. It's ';male'; to want to take credit, blame, or responsibility, but odds are it has nothing to do with you. This is what you can do to be a better friend, and a better man. If you are talking and she is acting like this? It's quite possible she has something on her mind and wants to talk. Ask her questions and get her to open up! Then, listen to her... really listen to her. Don't attempt to solve her problems when she is talking... just listen. Eye contact for a women really helps them feel like you are interested in what they are saying.

1. Prep the lid. The key to keeping eyeshadow from melting into your eyelid crease as the day goes on is to kept eyelids oil-free. To do this start with an eyeshadow base (also called ';primer';). I prefer to dab at bit of MAC's 'paint' on lids before shadow application. Or try Fresh Freshface Perfecting Eye Primer.
2. Apply eyeliner. If you're going for a typical black, brown or gray smoky eye, apply liner in one of those colors above the upper lash line, drawing line thicker in the middle of eye. If your opting for a jewel-toned eye (violet makes a gorgeous smoky eye), line eyes with a purple, blue or deep green liner.
3. Blend in color on bottom lashes For color on the bottom (a key smoky eye look) you'll want a lighter eyeliner. The key is to ';smudge it.'; You can also apply a bit of shadow to get full smudge effect.
4. Apply light base color Again, the key to a smoky eye is pairing a lighter base with the darker hue. I prefer a nice cream shade for my base. Sweep a light, shimmery shadow over the lids to your browbone. I love Stila's whipped eye shadows $20. The moist ';mousse'; consistency seems to stay on forever. My favorite colors are taupe and pearl.
5. Blend in darker color, but keep dark color below the crease. Now that you have the base and eyeliner on, it's time to get the smoky effect. You need a darker eyeshadow shade. Using an eyeshadow brush blend in color starting at your lash line, blending up. Make sure to blend color into the lash line so the eye liner disappears. Stop deep color at crease.
6. Doublecheck your work Make sure eyes match and blend color with a Q-tip if need be.
7. Finish with several coats of volumizing mascara. Tried and true mascaras (featured in ';Elle'; magazine's March 2006 issue) include DiorShow Mascara %26amp; L'Oreal Paris Volume Shocking Mascara. Elle's writer says they are the best volumizers she's tried.

Revlon actually has a powder eyeliner called ';Bedroom eyes'; and it's made exactly for the ';smokey'; look. Go to Revlon.com and they should tell you how to apply. I really don't know how to do it with regular eyeliner I wish I knew!

Green as a colour for brown eyes look really nice neway, so the eyeliner will look great. It's properly best to go for a middle colour (if possible) if not go for a lighter colour as it will be more noticable wiv ur eyes. If not just buy a middle green eyeshadow, wet ur brush slightly and paint the line on as an eyeliner.
For ur eye shadow uve got a great advantage lol. U can wear more or less ne colour u like. Ranging from lilac to brown. But i think that the best colours are blues, greens, browns %26amp; purples. I also have bluegrey eyes. I really think the best way to make your eyes ';pop'; is to use a neutral shade.
Don't use eye liner...use mascara only! And, make sure you run your wand through some tissue or a paper towel to remove the excess mascara, then apply to base of lashes first and a second coat to the entire lash.
The neutral shades I like are Biscotti or nomadic from mark. and Strawberry Fudge from Clinique.

I can only do this with several different shadows and mascara and an eyelash curler, play around with this and see what you come up with.
you need mascara, and you need to curl your lashes. this opens them way up. find an eyebrow artist that does your brows really good.
when you put on shadow, take a really light shade of the same hue (like a powder blue when you put plain blue shadow on) and smudge it into the inner corner of your eye, and maybe line the bottom lid with it too. if you use black liner, don't go all the way across the bottom lid, leave the inner corners open, if you don't, it'll ';close'; your eyes.

I also have bluegrey eyes. I really think the best way to make your eyes ';pop'; is to use a neutral shade.

I can only do this with several different shadows and mascara and an eyelash curler, play around with this and see what you come up with.
you need mascara, and you need to curl your lashes. this opens them way up. find an eyebrow artist that does your brows really good.
when you put on shadow, take a really light shade of the same hue (like a powder blue when you put plain blue shadow on) and smudge it into the inner corner of your eye, and maybe line the bottom lid with it too. if you use black liner, don't go all the way across the bottom lid, leave the inner corners open, if you don't, it'll ';close'; your eyes.

I have not used any creams as dont believe u can stop anti-aging and all that stuff, but,..It is good for looking after u skin n keeping it soft and flawless to keep u age ect. Try this morning wide awake soother, it may help u to feel more refreshed for the day..- Wen u get up, u eyes may feel heavy and show it, cleanse wash u face like normal,then with face flannel drench it with really cold water then put to u face straight away, make sure its mostly over the eyes n nose. it will also close pores. do this for about 2mins then wen take off flannel it should make a difference! it will tighten the skin that becomes lazy under u eyes causing saggy eye dark circles. it does help me especially if having a good Facial!Dark eye circles...eye bags...makes me look terrible!...help..?
Its your genetics most likely. I have the same problem.... Nothing will help... It usualy goes away slightly in the summer when I get a little tan but in the long run it will make it worse. You must also get people saying oh what happened to your eyes? you have a black eye? I hate that.... Just get used to it and except yourself for who you are. Be proud.... some people have big noses or big ears.. well buddy we got the bags LOL....

Best way to make blue eyes stand out & look bigger?
So, I've got ice-blue eyes, and I really want them to be the highlight of my face, I guess you could say. :P

Use cucumber slices over your eyes, the easiest and quickest way to get rid of dark circles is by using potato over the effected area. Slice some potato chips(fresh,raw) and put it on your eyes relax for a while, or you can grate some potato and sprinkle it one your eyes(closed) this will surely lighten the skin around your eyes.
More over see if you have low hemoglobin level because that is one of the symptom , resulting in dark circles. so try to include lot of calcium and iron rich diet. And drink a glass of warm milk before going to bet. stress is one of the cause for dark circles, try to be stress free. All the best

Could just be a genetic thing, possibly he has some Australian shepherd in him as well (they often have partially blue eyes). The key is in how you line your eyes. I highly recommend MAC Fluidline...it is a gel liner that you apply with a brush. When lining the eyes try to press it into the lashes as much as possible therefore giving the appearance of thick lashes not liner. When I first saw the Celica 10 years ago I was blown away by it's looks. There simply was no other car on the road that looked so futuristic %26amp; impressive! Anyway 10 years on I still love the Celica and i'd definitely buy one, but do you thing it still looks fresh compared to other similar cars? Time to hear something from a guy. Big eyes are ok. I prefer girls that don't overload on makeup and look like clowns. I think those girls put liner on the inside of the eyelid. You know how most just put in where the lower lashes are when these girls did that and then did it to the rim or inner part of the lid that touches the eye. Sometimes not the best idea because your tear ducts are there and it will run after a few hours so it needs application adjustments but to get this look I think that would be the best idea. I liked the way yours looked with the heavy liner though. But if you want the drastic dark look try the inside of the bottom lid. Use kohl eyeliner. It's a very soft pencil which you use on the inside of your eyelid, not the outside.
I think you just need to make the line thicker and line the bottom of your lid as well

Try going over the white with black. And a trick is, line your the bottoms of your eyes first, then put a tiny tiny bit of make-up remover on a cotton bad of some sort (don't use tissue or toilet paper or anything like that, it will break up and go all nasty inside your eye). Close your eyes and try to remove the eyeliner on the bottoms of your eyes. It wont completely rub off since your eyes are closed, but it will look thicker and smokier. Then line your tops. It looks much better than it sounds. :) Ive been using eyeliner since i was 11 and it definitely does work.

When my dad was little his mother put an eye patch (pirates eye patch) over the ';normal'; eye so that the muscles in the ';lazy';one would strengthen, my mother also did it to my younger brother and i am now doing it to my daughter. My dad and little brother no longer have the problem, but my daughter who is only two, still does, after all i just started doing this about 5 months ago.But i can see that the results are there. My mother and grandmother only did it to them while they were at home and knew that no one could see it, if they were in public or company was there then they would simply remove and stash away the patch.

Here is a good eye makeup routine for you that i also use as well :) When applying your eyeliner to the bottom waterline, don't go all the way. Stop about half way and use a Egyptian curve at the end. When applying mascara, apply a bunch to the otter lashes, to give them that definition! With shadow, use a cream/sparkly shadow at the bottom of your eyebrows to draw attention up. Have fun :) Also, play up your eye color, for example, if you have hazel, look at the color wheel and pick the color that is opposite from yours..hazel (greenish brown is opposite from purplish plum)

also, smude it. so that it's faded away from your eyes.

My betta's one eye looks like it has a cloudy sac over it what is it!?
he' been doing ok for awhile then it started as a gray slash mark on his eye. then it got better than 2-3 days later there was a sac like thing covering his one eye. we are treating him for bug eye with tetracycline tablets that petco and petsmart recommended. he has had it for over a month now but it seems to not bother him alot. He can still see things move out of that eye and still eat fine. what is this and what is the treatment!My betta's one eye looks like it has a cloudy sac over it what is it!?
It is a bacterial infection and your current treatment will probably clear it up within a week or so. Even if it looks much better and seems well, I would encourage you to continue treating the fish for a full 14 days. These infections have a nasty way of coming back it you don't quite cure it completely and if it comes back it's much more difficult to treat. If you don't see improvement in 3-4 days, change antibiotics. Try Maracyn or Furanace as both of these are in a different class of medication and might treat it if it's resistant to the tetracycline.
Be sure you don't filter with carbon during the treatment, that would remove the medicine before it can work.

Brown eyes are dominant and therefore genetically superior :) But if you really want to switch it up go with a hazel, green, or even light brown (it will look really good with your skin). Whatever you do do not go with blue!

a smokey eye doesnt event have to contain black its just a technique from light to dark ...you can use like golds and some dark browns but if you want to use black I would take a nice brown color on the lid and blend it with some black...if you like MAC cosmetics then I would suggest either Woodwinked or Patina on the lid and then blend it out wih carbn...it would look great but not too harsh...it will def flatter you eyes.

first of all, if you've been using the same eyeshadow brush on black and continuing using that brush, thats your problem.
when you continue using the same brush with black already on it, its just adding to heavy, much, more, black eyeshadow to the brush. once you use a brush, and put black on it, then do it the next day, dont stcik more black on the brush, just start with that. and once there is no more on the brush, get a little more on and continue.
the problem is because your going to thick
if you do this, it will look black, and none harsh on you. :)

i think you should try using a charcoal gray it will still seem black but not too overpowering.
it has nothing to do with the color fo your skin it is just the size and color of your eyes

go with the mary kay. been there done that. its great! ive learned that focusing on the outer corners of your eyes with the eyeshadow works and i wear eyeliner across the top lids and very lightly from the outercorner getting lighter towards the center for the lower lids.
get an eyeliner that has a smudger on the tip...if you smudge your eyeliner it will give your eyes a smoky look that will make them look bigger...
Use an eyeliner to draw the edges of your eyes out toward your temples, then use a subtle shadow to go over it. Add a darker shade of shadow to the top and mascara to both upper and lower lashes and you have a diva look instantly.

Yes, you need to have it checked. It could be cataract, an infection, or even a scratch or something that you can't see. A doctor can dye your cornea and check for stuff like that, and give you something to help treat it.
If it was cloudy before your eyes started tearing you need an appointment with an ophthalmologist very soon. But if your eyes first started to tear and then seemed cloudy, try Artificial Tears.
Your eyes may be dry and the moisture is not staying on your eye. Even though it feels like your eyes are making too many tears, if they do not stay on the eye long enough to lubricate your eye, your eye will make more tears.kids hair

I have pretty dark brown eyes and dark brown hair. My skin tone is also pretty yellow. I just wanted to know what colors would look good on my eyes. Might i suggest using a white eyeliner on ur eyelids along ur eyelashes. Then u can go over that with a pale blue or emerald shadow...............it makes ur eyes pop rite out. You cud also try a charcoal grey liner instead of the white. For the shadows, i suggest ';The Body Shop';.......they have an awesome selection of shimmers and shadows that u can mix and match and blend to suit ur complexion.
I'd use a deep purple eyeliner, but not a purple eyeshadow. I'd choose a neutral eyeshadow color so that the eyeliner pops.

In all of the fisheye attachments that I've found, there are black spots on the four edges of the finished photograph. It's called vignetting, and unfortunately you'll get that with fisheye filters.
What camera are you using? Fisheye filters are much more friendly when using lenses made for SLR cameras.

Large eyes are universally desirable. If anyone criticises you for it, they're jealous. They make it easier to have a wider range of expressions and always look pretty and are inherently more striking.
You cannot exactly make them look smaller but you can transfer the attention from your eyes to your lips. Apply skin colour liner on the rim of your eyes and than focus all your attention towards your lips. If your lips look pouty, than they will steal the attention away from your eyes. Use daring colours (but not something that goes against your skin tone), use lip liner, and use gloss. but be careful with the gloss. try not to use too much or again it won't work well.
Yea, you should be happy to have big eye's. I to have big eyes and was experimenting with make-up one day and I put a thin line of black eyeliner on just the bottom and then put mascara on and I noticed it made my eyes look smaller. It was good for change and I still do this sometimes for change.

put black eyeliner on the lower rim of your eye. not under the lashes, but above your lashes. that tends to make eyes appear smaller.

Use daring colours (but not something that goes against your skin tone), use lip liner, and use gloss. but be careful with the gloss. try not to use too much or again it won't work well.

I do not understand, I've always had this issue with people not being able to look me in the eye when they are talking to me. it all depends on the color and shape of your eye.
white eyeliner can do wonders for some people, but it doesn't do that much for me. also, if your eyes are more round, you probably don't want to put eyeliner on your bottom lid, and you definitely don't want to put very much mascara on the bottom lashes.
white eyeshadow (very thinly applied, so that it only shimmers) is good on the brow bone only, and along the outside of your eyebrows so that it pulls the viewer's eyes toward the sides of your face and makes your eyes appear wider.
also, using two colors of eyeLINER works well. first do your normal black or brown, then smudge into it another color that brings out the color of your eyes.
one more thing: glossy lips and white teeth make your eyes look bigger too- the white brings out the white in your eyes.

try shrinking your head. recipes should be on african headshrinking sites.
you need darker liner on the top AND bottom, less on bottom than top though. highlight the inside corner of your eye and your brow bone (with a light iridescent color) to bring out your eyes more, not the white shadow everywhere. then use a slightly darker shade on the lids.
This may sounds silly but also smear a little bit of white eyeliner in the corners of your eyes. I do it and it makes my eyes look bigger.
dont smudge the eyeliner so much. less smudge=more eye popping!
I'm asian and I have very small korean eyes. Funny, cause I'm viet, and I should have bigger eyes o.o However, I've found a way to be able to pull of the big doll-eyed look!
- White liner/shadow on the inner corners of the lid
- A light shade below your brow bone
- Don't smudge the eyeliner on the bottom
- If you want a smokey-eyed look, only put the black shadow on the crease of the lid, and go kinda 'halfway'.
*remember, black DEFINES while white 'brings out' your features. That's also the concept with contouring your face.
- Liquid eyeliner on top [I suppose you can just use any eyeliner.. but liquid seems to 'pop' out more for me]
- Use false eyelashes. I use the individual lashes because they're more natural, but you can use strips.
- And last but not least... get the circle lens! They only sell it in Asia, but you can buy it online.
I promise you, big, doll-eyed effect.

it all depends on the color and shape of your eye.
white eyeliner can do wonders for some people, but it doesn't do that much for me. also, if your eyes are more round, you probably don't want to put eyeliner on your bottom lid, and you definitely don't want to put very much mascara on the bottom lashes.
white eyeshadow (very thinly applied, so that it only shimmers) is good on the brow bone only, and along the outside of your eyebrows so that it pulls the viewer's eyes toward the sides of your face and makes your eyes appear wider.
also, using two colors of eyeLINER works well. first do your normal black or brown, then smudge into it another color that brings out the color of your eyes.
one more thing: glossy lips and white teeth make your eyes look bigger too- the white brings out the white in your eyes.

Become farsighted. Then, wear glasses.
try shrinking your head. recipes should be on african headshrinking sites.
you need darker liner on the top AND bottom, less on bottom than top though. highlight the inside corner of your eye and your brow bone (with a light iridescent color) to bring out your eyes more, not the white shadow everywhere. then use a slightly darker shade on the lids.
This may sounds silly but also smear a little bit of white eyeliner in the corners of your eyes. I do it and it makes my eyes look bigger.
dont smudge the eyeliner so much. less smudge=more eye popping!
I'm asian and I have very small korean eyes. Funny, cause I'm viet, and I should have bigger eyes o.o However, I've found a way to be able to pull of the big doll-eyed look!
- White liner/shadow on the inner corners of the lid
- A light shade below your brow bone
- Don't smudge the eyeliner on the bottom
- If you want a smokey-eyed look, only put the black shadow on the crease of the lid, and go kinda 'halfway'.
*remember, black DEFINES while white 'brings out' your features. That's also the concept with contouring your face.
- Liquid eyeliner on top [I suppose you can just use any eyeliner.. but liquid seems to 'pop' out more for me]
- Use false eyelashes. I use the individual lashes because they're more natural, but you can use strips.
- And last but not least... get the circle lens! They only sell it in Asia, but you can buy it online.
I promise you, big, doll-eyed effect.
I get compliments on my eyes all the time!
Here is a before and after pic. The first one I only have eyeliner on the bottom, the second I changed the pic to black and white, but I did NO enhancements to the eyes.

o i saw it on the tyra banks show and they said that if u want them 2 look big and alive u should put on whiye eyeliner and it really works!!!!
