well my face is realllyyyy bland, and my eyes are pretty small so i going to start with the eyes.

Here is a good eye makeup routine for you that i also use as well :) When applying your eyeliner to the bottom waterline, don't go all the way. Stop about half way and use a Egyptian curve at the end. When applying mascara, apply a bunch to the otter lashes, to give them that definition! With shadow, use a cream/sparkly shadow at the bottom of your eyebrows to draw attention up. Have fun :) Also, play up your eye color, for example, if you have hazel, look at the color wheel and pick the color that is opposite from yours..hazel (greenish brown is opposite from purplish plum)

eyeliner will definately help. just make sure you don't put it on the inside crease. just on top lid and outsid of the bottom, if you put it all the way around it will make you reyes look beady.


also, smude it. so that it's faded away from your eyes.


a light eyeshadow on the inner part of your top lid will bring those peepers out too.
white eye liner either on top as strong accent or lightly brush the pencil underneath the eye...where you would put eye liner.... it will really brighten the eyese and make them look bigger. Also, avoid dark colors on or around the eyes. That will create the illusion of smaller eyes.
My eyes are pretty small too; a lot of people think that I am Asian because of it.





What I do is put eyeliner very close along my upper lash and then put mascara on only my top lashes.


And that's all, it makes my eyes look a lot different.
the eyeliner that i recommend is almay black eyeliner. also make up forever aqua cream liner. i love those two the best because they both glide on easily and they last practically the whole day. so yeah.. eyeliner makes your eyes bigger.
curl ur eyelashes...once at the root, middle, end. then LIGHTY line your eyes with a pencil eyeliner. if you put too much liner on it will make your eyes look closed and really squinty...those are the basic steps hope i helped

Eyeliner definite but not black eyeliner if you use black it should be on top lid not bottom because it makes eye appear smaller your bland a nice blue on bottom and make sure you put on some mascra to make it pop
