I have a fair complexion and brown eyes. Right now, i have dirty blonde hair, but i'm really sick of it. Would highlights, light on top-dark underneath, or lowlights look best??What would be best look with brown eyes?
well its hard to say without seeing a picture but perhaps a few highlights run through the top would look nice
but if you want a bigger change try going dark! it would suit your skin tone as long as it wasnt too warm
allways ask your hairdresser first
