How can i make myself look like i have bigger eyes?

My eyes are really small and you can barely see much of my eyelid. I have very light short eyelashes, and none on the bottom. how can i make them look bigger? How can i make myself look like i have bigger eyes?

extend it a little out of the eyelid area (for that cat eye look) %26amp; when applying eyeliner to the bottom of ur eye start from the outer of ur eye and stop a bit after mid way, then get some white shimmer %26amp; dust the inner of ur eye %26amp; where u didnt fill it in with eyeliner. Coat ur eyelashes with mascara, maybe 2 coats..the look u should try and achieve is this

try using a white eyeliner on the lower lashline. it's supposed to give the illusion of bigger eyes.

or... if you're going to use eyeliner, try to line the outer third of your lower lashline and line your entire upper lashline..
Use thick coats of mascara, lots of eyeliner on top lid(prefably liquid). Then pencil eyeliner underneath the eye, just at where the top and bottom join in the outer corner.
get your eyelashes tinted, permed or both. Go to beauty counter and ask for makeover and ask for tips.
Curl your eyelashes and use max factor masterpiece mascara
apply 3 layers of black mascara or apply dark eyeshadow like navy blue,dark purple.

use bold colour eyeshadows =)
