Well, any neutral colour (white, black, brown, metalics) will look good.





If you'd like something more fun or colourful, something like a bright or dark teal (or whichever depth you prefer) would be very cute. I find that blondes look great with yellow, so consider that (depth again will play a role in how it looks)





I have blonde hair and blue eyes, and I find that a pinkish purple (or even a fuchsia) looks absolutely gorgeous. As would a very bright yellowish green.





Really, many colours will look good. It depends mostly on what look you are aiming to portray and your style.
if you have slightly tanned skin, then i suggest a soft white and silky, which would look beautiful with your skin tone and hair.





if you have dark skin, then i suggest red, the contrast between your dark skin and the red will compliment eachother.





if you have fair skin then perhaps a light blue; it will bring out the colour of your eyes.

Yellow? Baby blue? This may sound dumb, but I know this verrrry gorgeous girl, with blonde blonde, hair and realllly blue eyes and she did kind of a mermaid dress type deal, it was blue, with a long train in the back and she pulled it off wonderfully. She had blue streaks in her hair and it's was crimped, you know?, like wavy %26amp; scraggledy? It looked terrific. So yeah.

You should go with something that highlights your skin-tone, not so much your hair/eye color. From your pic - it looks like you would look stunning in a fuchsia or a deep pink color - stay away from anything light pink or with gold undertones.

probably a light blue. it would make your eyes stand out. or a light pretty pink would look cute with your blonde hair.
Either red, blue, or possibly yellow.
