It doesn't have to mean anything like that. Some people will say he's nervous around you, and some may even say he's lying and that's why he looks away.
The reality of it may just be that he's shy or just doesn't like making eye contact. Eye contact makes some people uncomfortable, especially when you become aware that you're just staring at a persons eyes.What does it mean when a guy talks to Uand he doesn't look U in the eyes most of the time?

Well, in America the person talking does not usually create the eye contact, make sure he is looking at your eyes when you are tlaking and then you will know if he is feeling you
