Tell him what you think. If he is insecure, tell him some compliments. If he doesn't feel the same, oh well. Rejection is not the end of the world.
im the same,have been thinking of telling the guy for ages now online,but havent plucked up enough damn courage to do it!


id go for it anyway,the quicker you do it,the less time you'll spend worrying about it!

There is no shame in liking someone in the right way, Ask if you could meet for a coffee and tell him, if he is not interested then you don't waste any more of your time.
if he is shy or insecure, he probably wont be trying to keep eye contact with you either so dont worry about it and just start talking...dont give him any false flattery though because you need to be sincere about what you say.
girl just go for it. and when you do it clear your mind dont think about it just go on and say it. u only live once so why not give it a shot!? good luck :]]
i'd be careful you don't frighten him off, i know how you feel, you're itching to let him no, but i'd wait until you're sure of how he feels, and the reaction you'd get by doing so
