lol no what you mean . You can put the eye liner on the inside of the eye top and bottom that will make them much narrower. I use to wear it that way. use a pencil not the liquid eyeliner for the inner part of the eyes.I know you can make your eyes look bigger with makeup, but how do you make them look smaller?

Put eyeliner on the inner rim of your lower eyelid.
black eyeliner is made to narrow your eyes so that could work or putting eyeliner on the outer corner of your eyes.
