How can i get my eyes to look bigger?

WELL DON'T forget to curl yur eyelashes and use mascara. This by itself can help. Also, eyeliner really does help, if you get the kohl kind you know, not LIQUID, and if you line just the outer corners of your upper and lower eyelids THEN smudge same color eyeshadow over, so if you use dark brown eyeliner, use dark brown shadow, plum, black, etc... I have slanted eyes and this SERIOUSLY makes them look more open.How can i get my eyes to look bigger?

Surprisingly applying white eyeliner to the rims of your eyes will make them pop and really stand out. I know you mentioned that you don't want to use eyeliner but maybe you were just saying that because you don't want to use dark eyeliner? For making eyes look bigger, white eyeliner really does the trick.
but a bright color eyeshadow.. and no eyeliner or if u want to but it only at the bottom
Use a dark brown eye shadow and trace around the top lid right at the root of the lashes and about halfway on the bottom on the outer sides.
put your foundation under your eyes, and on your lids, then put eyeliner on the top of ur eyelid :]

i hear that white eyeliner on the bottom of you're eye makes it pop! try it works good!
well eyeliner more makes your eyes look longer and smaller but to be bigger use shimmery colors that bring out the color in your eyes.
Use white eyeliner/eyeshadow and cut back on the black eyeliner; it makes your eyes appear to be smaller.
Remove your eyelids.
