My best tip would be to apply eyeliner at th outer half of your lower eye, no need to extend it all th way, stop at around halfway. There's also no need to apply eyeliner too close to your eye(for bottom half only), you can leave a small gap to make your eyes look really big. For th top lip, just spam with thick eyeliner!





Also, I encourage wearing false lashes. This really helps to open up my eyes %26amp; give th illusion of big eyes.Were should eyeliner be put to make the eyes look bigger?
It should be put under your eye. Like right under the lash line of your lower eyelashes. You can also use a white eye pencil to put on your inner lower lids to make them look bigger and brighter.

well, i wear alottta eyeliner......but if yew put 'wings' sweeping off the out side corners....that should help :)
