anything thats bright, because her dark features will complement the colors and make everything stand out
brown goes with light purple. even for makeup. or light blue too. i guess any light color would be good for you. i speak from experience!
Red, yellow,green,blue or brown, burnt orange. (Summer and Autumn colours) anything that shows off your skincolour...
Any medium to light colour looks good on olive/tanned skin. I think with your dark eyes cream, beige, light brown, bronze, tan, camel, gold and burnt orange would specifically look best.

Primary colors, I think. Red, blue, yellow, white. Actually just about any color would look fine.
Red, my bff is the same way.
I am also dark hair and tanned, but blue eyes, I get more compliments when I wear red than anything else.
