No, clear contacts are just.. clear.
your regular eye color. no difference even if the contact like acuvue is tinted with a little blue. there will probably be no difference what so ever.
if you want your eyes lighter/brighter/shinier.
Try color contacts that are made to enchance.

yeah they do. it'll be your eye colour abviously but they make them bulge a little and they look a lot shinier!
