You could use black eye Shadow and apply the top first and the bottom you should use black eye liner u want the top to be really smokey but the eye liner wont give you that affect. If you want to be quick about it you can use eyeliner for the top and the bottom but to me that don't look so put together like the smokey eye with the eyeliner at the bottom and don't forget about your mascara.
