Eat carrots.
Put white eyeliner in the corners of your eyes and line the bottom of your eyes with the white as well. It will add a cute dewy look.





Or for a sunkissed glow, apply bronzer on your browbone.

Put white liner on the bottom of your lids. It will make ur eyes look brighter and more awake. And if you have green eyes put a light green liner on the top and bottom.
When I do my eyes, I put a little bit of transclucent or white shadow in the corner of my eyes(near the nose) and the same up under my eyebrows. Saw this on What Not to Wear. Works like a charm!!!
